Located on the west cliff of the stunning porthtowan. This small chalet utilizes cantilevering and bespoke engineering to maximise usable space and add an element of 'wow'. The monopitch roof accepts a cosy mezzanine feature, with german folding stairs and an outstanding shower room. A full deconstruction of the existing building allowed a complete re imagining of what previously existed. We worked closely with our previous client of many years to achieve an outstanding structure, with a breathtaking view.
